Quick Translation Firefox Extension to Translate Single Words in 17+ Languages
Summary
This is a sweet Firefox extension for quick translation of the terms that you highlight on a web page. When you highlight any term on the page, by default it gives you information from Babylon and sometimes Wikipedia (depending on the term) in a pop-up box. The links to Babylon contain the affliate ID of the developer of this Firefox extension. It's actually a clever way to do something cool and perhaps make some dough if it's used a lot. The extension developer was smart, and if you prefer, you can choose to have just the translations appear automatically in the navigation bar, free of ads, fast and non-obtrusive.
All in all, if you are working with one of the 17 current (and possibly growing) languages the tool works with, it is a light and quick method of getting quick and dirty translations.
From Website
Simply select with your mouse any word and the translation will appear in the address bar or in a pop-up window.
