Bangladesh, a site which first saw its net inception in 1994 during the early days of the web. Virtual Bangladesh also has the distinction of being the first comprehensive site on Bangladesh on the web. It was born as a patriotic tribute to Zunaid Kazi's homeland and has since grown from its early days to what you see today. Along the years, the site has undergone a number of name changes and sites. First as Bangladesh: The Land of the Royal Bengal, to The Bangladesh Home Pages, and finally to its permanent home as Virtual Bangladesh.
